Outpatient Programs and Intensive Outpatient Program

The purpose of an Outpatient Program (OP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is to help the individual understand their own chemical dependency and learn about the disease process by giving them freedom to be more involved with their own personal and professional lives.

In this program, the individual will have a team of certified treatment professionals that will support and assist them in developing their own individual treatment and recovery plans.

During treatment, the team will use different evidence-based practices that have proven to enable the individual in the recovery process. These practices include:

  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Family and Individual Therapy
  • Case Management Services
  • 12-Step Self-Help Network
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
